Bluebonnets

Aunt Holly took some pictures of Cowboy Mark in the bluebonnets. He was all decked out in his cowboy boots (thanks Uncle Andy!), Wranglers, cowboy shirt, and of course a cowboy hat!

Strawberry Picking

Our playgroup went strawberry picking this week. Mark was a natural. I didn't even show him what to do- he immediately started picking up the strawberries. He liked holding the bucket too. And of course he had to have a taste ;)

First Haircut

Mark had his first haircut today. He did pretty well. He wasn't a huge fan of the clippers, and he didn't want to leave in the end! But he was a great big boy and looks so cute!


Before pictures (playing in the waiting area) - you can see how long his hair was getting to be.

During the haircut. The first thing he said when he was put in the car was "down". But after he saw the video and that he could turn the steering wheel of the car, he was happy. He was singing along to the video and music that they have to keep the kids entertained. He also talked to the hairdresser and Mommy quite a bit. Mostly it was happy chatter. He was not a huge fan of the clippers though. Mommy had to hold him while the lady clipped near his ears.

After the haircut. He had a blast in the car. He didn't want to leave and threw a fit about having to go.
